Individual Counselling Therapy

Individual counselling helps you to learn about your-self in a safe place by getting honest and sifting through your thought processes, confusion and difficult feelings and then come back to yourself.

As your counsellor I am professionally trained to see through the layers to your potential. Bringing my experience I will hold a safe space for you to process through your feelings, provide tools, and discuss strategies.

Together we work through patterns identifying the way you think, act and feel that often originated as healthy responses to bad situations, and are no longer appropriate to your current situation.

Therapy is useful when you need to gain clarity and overall direction in life and can also be used as a safe place to de-stress. Since every person is different, we will work together on tailoring sessions to suit your personal needs and requirements.

Additionally, my practice is a place where you can feel comfortable enough to allow the genuine truth of your circumstances to be said out loud without criticism or judgement. It’s about asking if you’re tired of living a muted version of your life.

Its about getting real with yourself and boldly declaring that it’s time to get honest with your feelings, beliefs and thoughts that are holding you back.
