In our first session we will touch on some of your background and the reasons that have lead you to seek therapy. Afterwards, I'll explain my approach to counselling. Near the end, you’ll have time to ask any questions that might come up for you. We will both get a good idea about how working together will be.
As we move forward we will observe, reflect and reassess to deepen our understanding, at whatever pace is right for you, discovering how your thoughts affect you on a practical, physical and emotional level.
