Cancellations
If you let me know you are unable to attend our scheduled appointment and rebook, there is no charge.
I appreciate it if you are able to let me know you cannot attend our appointment so I might be able to fill the time with someone else in need, though with short notice it will be at my discretion as to whether I will seek lost payment from you or not.
